Small team, real ownership

You will own systems end to end — architecture, code, operations, consequences. There is no throwing over walls, because there are no walls.

Long horizon

We plan in years. No quarterly panic, no pivot theater. The work you do here is meant to still be running when you tell the story at a dinner party in 2036.

Quality is non-negotiable

Code review is rigorous and kind. Tests are not optional. Postmortems are blameless. The standard is the standard because everyone holds it.

Quiet by design

No open-plan chaos, no meeting culture, no performative urgency. Deep work is the default state; interruptions need a reason.
